Machine Operations and Employee Training Module

We developed this service module because many of our past customers who relocated from US to Mexico experienced tremendous problems regarding machine operations and lack of operators knowledge. In essence we have created a bridge to properly communicate everything there is to know about the machine operations, materials required and new operators learning to properly operate the machine.

Henke Industrial’s Experience Personnel will include and provide:

• Video and documentation file at origin

• Experienced personnel to learn everything possible about your machine operations to include:

  • Proper start-up/ shut-down procedures

  • Minimizing interruptions by planning for soft-stops/hard-stops and recovery procedures

  • Observe & document common problems that arise during start-up

  • Observe & document common problems that arise in normal operations & how to resolve

• Securement of PM notes to include:

  • Identify and document material requirements, suppliers and lead times

  • Securement of PLC backups as redundancy to customer copies

  • Provide bilingual communications and training to all destination plant operators and PM personnel

PLC Translation Module

Henke industrial bilingual personnel will edit the HMI and PLC so it can be read in both English or Spanish

Upgrade Module

Henke technical engineers can update, upgrade and modify the technology of your PLC. We can also modify or reconfigure your line to include additional stations.
